At Loloi Rugs, we want you to love your space. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your rug in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Rug

  Carefully repackage the rug in its original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty packaging to ensure it is not damaged or soiled during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand off your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
