How do I choose the right rug size for my room?
We recommend measuring your space and furniture layout first. A general rule is to ensure at least the front legs of your furniture rest on the rug to create a cohesive and grounded look.
What is the best way to clean and maintain my rug?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, white cloth. We suggest professional cleaning for deep stains to preserve the integrity of the fibers.
Do I need a rug pad for my Loloi rug?
Yes, we highly recommend using a rug pad. It prevents slipping, protects your flooring, and extends the life of your rug by providing extra cushioning and airflow.
What is your return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your rug within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.
Why does my new rug have a slight odor or shedding?
New rugs may have a faint 'new product' scent or experience minor shedding, especially wool styles. This is normal and will dissipate with regular vacuuming and ventilation over the first few weeks.
